Oaklands lost their fifth game in a row. They keep the sixth position with eight games lost. Canterbury will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Oaklands will play against Barking Abbey (#4) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Other games in round 13 were not that significant. SGS College were smashed by Sheffield on the road 103-79. Newcastle was destroyed by Derby on its own court 60-109. Copleston was outscored by John Madejski in a road game 106-71. Birmingham Met was rolled over Manchester at home 38-75.

Rather expected game when 8th ranked Newcastle (1-12) was smashed at home by fifth ranked Derby (7-6) 109-60 on Wednesday. Derby maintains fifth place with 7-6 record.
