A flagrant foul by Grayson Allen on Alex Caruso, which resulted in a broken wrist for the Bulls guard, is being reviewed by the NBA office, Vincent Goodwill of Yahoo Sports reports.
Caruso is set to miss six to eight weeks due to the injury. The 27-year-old shooting has been an important part of Chicago’s team, averaging 8.4 points, 3.9 rebounds and 3.9 assists in 27.7 minutes per game.
His injury will be taken into account when evaluating Allen’s foul and potential disciplinary action against him.
