Rick Pitino once pathetically ranted on his way out the door.

Well, today those three (along with Cedric Maxwell) proved Rick to be an unwitting profit. Sure, they are gray and old, but they are the kinds of legends that mean something in a town like this.
Get excited Boston. The legends are in town to start off this playoffs in style.
I’m so pumped about this I can’t even express it. The heroes of my youth coming to support this team that has every opportunity in the world to bring a championship back to Boston.
The Boston Garden is going to be rocking. I can’t wait.
