More on this storyline

Adrian Wojnarowski: Porzingis suffered the strain on Nov. 24 and will miss his fourth straight game tonight. So far, no setbacks in his recovery and hope is that continues and allows for return this week. He’s averaging 18.9 points and 6.7 rebounds this season. -via Twitter @wojespn / December 4, 2023
Tim Bontemps: While Boston was holding morning shootaround ahead of tonight’s game against the Pacers, Porzingis was going through what looked like a pretty rigorous workout on the exercise bike. This is the fourth straight game he’ll miss since suffering the calf strain vs. Orlando Nov. 24. -via Twitter @TimBontemps / December 4, 2023
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Isaiah Joe have shared the court for 299 minutes this season. And in those minutes, the Thunder has outscored opponents by a whopping 22.8 points per 100 possessions.  No NBA duo, minimum 200 minutes played, has a better net rating.  And it makes sense, right? Gilgeous-Alexander is lethal in the midrange and around the hoop while Joe is one of the best 3-point shooters in the world. Both create space for the other by putting defenses in impossible binds.  The Boston duo of Kristaps Porzingis and Derrick White is No. 2, with a 21.8 net rating (minimum 200 minutes). -via The Oklahoman / December 4, 2023
