San Antonio Spurs sophomore Jeremy Sochan says that this season has been all about development/growth (4-24 record).

“Pop believes in us, he wants us to get better, and I think that’s the most important thing. We’re a young team, we’re a team that wants to learn. It’s not always going to be positive. We’ve been losing a lot, so it’s tough. But I think at the end of the day, we all know it’s a process. I think everyone in the organization from coaches to front office to us to the training staff to the media, we know we’re young. And at the end of the day, it’s just all about developing and growing.”
