Eskilstuna looked well-organized offensively handing out 25 assists comparing to just 12 passes made by Helsingborg’s players. Guard Simon Finden (191-2000) scored 30 points and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and forward Jonathan Ninkingira (198-1999, college: Three Rivers) chipped in 21 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 steals during the contest. Four Eskilstuna players scored in double figures. Forward Samoro Unger (195-1994) responded with 20 points and 8 rebounds (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line) and forward Patrik Andersson (191-1994) scored 14 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
