Olympiacos formally announced the acquisition of Ignas Brazdeikis, and the official statement came with a slight twist.

The player has committed to a three-year contract, although the details regarding any potential exit options remain unspecified. Nevertheless, the Greek club has ensured their intention to keep him for an extended period.

Making his first appearance in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague, the player hailing from Kaunas averaged 11.6 points, 2.9 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 0.4 steals, and 0.1 blocks per game across 35 outings in the 2022-23 season, with 28 of those as a starter.

In the earlier stages of his career, he accumulated 64 games in the NBA, representing the Orlando Magic, Philadelphia 76ers, and New York Knicks.
