Blackbirds were ahead by 5 points after three quarters before a 17-12 charge of Raiders Tirol, which allowed them to win the game. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Blackbirds to just 7 points in third quarter. They outrebounded Blackbirds 48-35 including 16 on the offensive glass. Croatian forward Filip Mileta (197-1996) scored 20 points and 8 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and Timur Bas (200-1994, college: Walsh) chipped in 15 points and 7 rebounds during the contest. Raiders Tirol’s coach Amir Medinov allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game.
