32-year old guard Marcin Dymala (187-G-1990) put on an amazing game in the last round for Poznan and receives a Hoops Agents 1Liga Player of the Week award for round 27.
He had a double-double of 24 points and 14 rebounds, while his team beat Polonia W-wa (#9, 14-13) 86-71. The game rather meaningless between the teams, which do not have any influence on top of the standings. Poznan is placed at 12th position in Polish 1Liga. Poznan is a typical solid league team placed somewhere in the middle or a little bit lower in the standings. They need more victories to improve their 12-15 record. Dymala turned to be Poznan’s top player in his first season with the team. Marcin Dymala averages this season 13.8ppg, 6.0rpg and 4.7apg.

Second best performed player last round was Piotr Niedzwiedzki (211-C-1993) of top-ranked Walbrzych. He is international center in his second season at Walbrzych. In the last game Niedzwiedzki recorded impressive 23 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists. Of course Walbrzych cruised to a 95-88 relatively comfortable win over the lower-ranked Krakow (#13, 11-15). Of course Walbrzych still keep the league’s top spot. His team has currently 21-6 record. Niedzwiedzki is well-known at Walbrzych and he already established his position as one of the team’s leaders. He belongs to the best scorers in the league with 15.5ppg (#9). He also registered 8.8 boards per game.

Third place about best performers goes to forward Arkadiusz Adamczyk (200-F-1999) of Zgorzelec (#17). Adamczyk scored 22 points and grabbed twelve rebounds (!!!). Despite Adamczyk’s great performance Zgorzelec lost 64-86 to slightly higher-ranked Bytom (#16, 8-19). But his team cannot count on just a single player as he also needs help of the other teammates. Zgorzelec can only dream about fighting for top spots in the league. They have rather bad season and 7-20 record places them close to the bottom of the standings. Adamczyk has a very solid season. In 27 games in Poland he scored 11.7ppg. He also has 4.9rpg and FGP: 59.8%.

The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it’s accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) – 2*BSAG – 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM – 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) – 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) – (FTA-FTM)
