Onvo Buyukcekmece Basketbol (BSL) signed 29-year old Serbian ex-international guard Nikola Rebic (187cm-1995). Rebic played last season at BC Samara in Russian VTB United League. In 43 games he had 8.5ppg, 1.6rpg and 3.7apg.
The most of previous (2022-23) season he spent at BC Pari Nizhny Novgorod in Russia league where in 20 VTB United League games he recorded 7.0ppg, 2.1rpg and 3.9apg in that year. He also played for Avtodor in Russia league that season. In 8 VTB United League games he averaged 8.1ppg, 1.5rpg and 4.8apg in that year.
Rebic was also a member of Serbian international program for some years. He played for Serbian Senior National Team between 2020 and 2021 and previously for U18 National Team back in 2013.
Rebic represented Serbia at the European Championship (FIBA EuroBasket) U20 in Lignano Sabbiadoro (Italy) nine years ago. His team won Gold and his stats at that event were 10 games: 10.7ppg, 3.1rpg, 2.0apg, 1.3spg, FGP: 52.4%, 3PT: 37.2%, FT: 75.0%.
He is quite experienced player. Rebic has played also professionally in France (Monaco and JSF Nanterre), Germany (MBC), Montenegro (Mornar), Spain (Surne Bilbao) and Serbia (BKK Radnicki, Crvena zvezda and BC Mega MIS Beograd). He won Serbian League championship title in 2015 and 2016.
