The Portland Trail Blazers have opted to waive camp signing big man Norvel Pelle. The Antiguan-Lebanese player, who signed an Exhibit 10 deal with Portland last month, inked a pair of 10-day hardship deals – one with the Celtics and one with the Jazz – during the 2021/22 season.
