SDP Ponferrada Clinic (LEB Silver) signed 24-year-old Sergio Romero for the upcoming season. He played for C.B. Alginet for the last two years. In 25 LEB Silver games in Spain, he averaged 8.2ppg, 2.3rpg, and 2.3apg last season. Romero also played for C.B. Alginet earlier in the season.
Romero has played previously for CB Alginet 2nd team.
He assisted them in reaching the EBA Stage Group 2 Champion final in 2021.
