In his eighth NBA season Andrew Wiggins became an All-Star for the first time in his career. The 26-year-old small forward did not only make it to the prestigious even but became a starter along with his teammate Steph Curry, Ja Morant, LeBron James and Nikola Jokic.

“It means the world,” Wiggins said, per Janie McCauley. “It’s always been a goal of mine, I’ve worked hard and I’m in a situation where I was given an opportunity to be an All-Star, and I’ll never take that for granted.”

This season Wiggins is averaging 18.1 points, 4.2 rebounds and 2 assists in 31.4 minutes per game for the Golden State Warriors.
