Milwaukee Bucks forward Thanasis Antetokounmpo has been suspended for one game for headbutting Boston Celtics big man Blake Griffin. Antetokounmpo will miss the Bucks game on Sunday against the Philadelphia 76ers.
The incident occurred with 1:25 remaining in Milwaukee’s 140-99 home loss to Boston on Thursday. Antetokounmpo was assessed a Flagrant 2 foul and ejected from the game after headbutting Griffin, following the two getting tangled up under the basket.
