The Phoenix Suns reached out to the Dallas Mavericks about a potential sign-and-trade for Kyrie Irving this offseason, sources told Ian Begley of SNY.
The Suns instead traded for Bradley Beal over the weekend.
It was reported that the Mavs are likely to re-sign Irving, though Begley confirms the Rockets’ interest in the point guard.
