Russell Westbrook and Darvin Ham had a brief but heated verbal exchange in the locker room at halftime of Tuesday’s loss by the Los Angeles Lakers to the Oklahoma City Thunder.
Ham expressed frustration with how Westbrook lingered on the playing floor after getting subbed out of the game late in the second quarter. Ham put LeBron James back into the game with 59.1 seconds as James was trying to chase the all-time scoring record.
Ham closed the game with Westbrook and dapped each other up before leaving the arena.
The Lakers have attempted to trade Westbrook since the offseason and last week made an offer to the Brooklyn Nets for Kyrie Irving.
