The Toronto Raptors have tendered a qualifying offer to recently reinstated Jalen Harris. Harris is now a restricted free agent.
Harris was with Toronto on a Two-Way contract during the 2020-21 season. Following that season, Harris was handed a one-year suspension for violating the NBA/NBPA joint drug policy. Harris was reinstated by the NBA and NBPA in mid-August.
In his one season with the Raptors, Harris saw limited NBA action. During the G League bubble, Harris averaged 17.6 points and shot 46% from the field, including 50% for Raptors 905.
