Chicago Bulls forward Patrick Williams is set to make his long-awaited return to the lineup. Williams will return on Monday for the Bulls game against the Toronto Raptors.
Williams hasn’t played since October 28. In that game, Williams suffered a dislocated wrist and torn ligaments in the same hand/wrist. The second-year player’s recovery timeline was originally set at 4-6 months, but there was some thought Williams might be lost for the season.
Chicago recently welcomed Alex Caruso back from a fractured wrist. Guard Lonzo Ball remains out following knee surgery. The return of Williams will help further strengthens the Bulls rotation heading into the playoffs.
