The Brooklyn Nets are reportedly in “no rush” to trade Kevin Durant, league sources told Brian Lewis of the New York Post.
Lewis adds that no trade is “imminent” or “even at an advanced stage” due to Durant having four years left on his deal.
The Nets are looking for All-Star caliber talent in return for Durant.
It was reported earlier on Sunday that the Warriors were interested in a Durant deal, though any potential deal with Golden State is now unlikely.
The team reportedly remain in “consistent contact” with the Suns and the Heat.
League executives also believe that the Raptors are well-positioned and able to put together the best package for Durant.
