Nikola Jokic recorded a triple-double as the Denver Nuggets (4-3) narrowly defeated the Toronto Raptors (2-6) 121-119 on Monday night. Jokic finished the game with 28 points, 14 rebounds, and 14 assists, marking his third triple-double in the last four games.
Denver overcame significant challenges, playing without Jamal Murray, who remains in concussion protocol, and losing Aaron Gordon to a right calf strain early in the first quarter.
The Raptors jumped to a 109-98 lead with just under six minutes remaining.
