As Jalen Brunson stepped up to the free-throw line during the closing moments of the New York Knicks’ victory over the Philadelphia 76ers in Game 4 on Sunday, the echoes of “MVP” chants reverberated throughout Wells Fargo Center.
A sizable contingent of Knicks supporters made the journey from Madison Square Garden, approximately two hours north, to rally behind their team. Their dedication was rewarded with a stellar 47-point performance from Brunson, positioning the series 3-1 in favor of the Knicks as it heads back to New York.
