Flamengo rallied past San Pablo Burgos in the Final of the 2022 FIBA Intercontinental Cup (62-75).

The Brazilians took control from the opening tip (12-25) and never looked back.

They led by double digits almost the entire contest (29-45, 49-65) and went on to win the game.

This was the second Intercontinental Cup in Flamengo history. The first one was back in 2014, when the Brazilian club defeated Maccabi Tel-Aviv.

Lakeland Magic claimed the third place in the 2022 FIBA Intercontinental Cup. They dominated hosts Zamalek earlier on Sunday (78-113).

TalkBasket.net and Yiannis Bouranis were in the arena at Cairo to cover the Final.
