Damian Lillard and Jusuf Nurkic are using social media to recruit Brooklyn Nets’ star Kevin Durant to the Portland Trail Blazers.
Nurkic tweeted out a photoshopped picture of Durant in a Trail Blazers uniform on Saturday afternoon.

Lillard then posted the same image on his Instagram story.

The Nets have found themselves in a precarious situation as 7x all-star Kyrie Irving has reportedly made it known that he may not resign with the team.
If Irving leaves the Nets, many speculate Durant would request a trade.
The ‘Blazers recently acquired forward Jerami Grant; who averaged 19.2 points on 43%/36%/84% shooting splits last season.
Any trade for Durant would almost certainly require a bevy of first-round draft picks, as well as young players and salary filler.
The ‘Blazers could offer a package centered around recently-drafted #7 overall pick Shaedon Sharpe – but it’s not yet known whether Brooklyn would be interested in entertaining such an offer.
Either way, it seems possible Durant may be on the move before the 2022-23 NBA season.
