The hosts were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. VKKM outrebounded VKM 44-32 including 18 on the offensive glass. Kristupas Keinys (199-2004) fired a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds for the winners. Point guard Arnas Knystautas (186-2004) chipped in 14 points, 8 rebounds and 8 assists. Forward Danielius Kasparas (198-2004) produced a double-double by scoring 24 points and 14 rebounds (on 11-of-13 shooting from the field) and guard Laurynas Klimas (182-2004) added 14 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists respectively for lost side. Both teams had five players each who scored in double figures. VKM’s coach Linas Salkus rotated ten players in this game, but that didn’t help.

SKM I – Zalgiris II 81-102
SKM I was ahead by 5 points at the halftime before a 60-34 second half run of Zalgiris II. They dominated down low during the game scoring 72 of its points in the paint compared to SKM I’s 44 and made 21-of-24 charity shots (87.5 percent) during the game, while SKM I only scored four points from the stripe. Zalgiris II forced 20 SKM I turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 22 assists. SKM I was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Worth to mention a great performance of forward Emilis Bartninkas (198-2004) who helped to win the game recording 26 points and 9 rebounds. Point guard Kajus Kublickas (184-2004) contributed with 23 points and 9 assists for the winners. Four Zalgiris II players scored in double figures. Gediminas Alisas (196-2004) answered with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 10 rebounds (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field) and guard Paulius Velutis (188-2004) added 23 points and 5 assists in the effort for SKM I. SKM I’s coach Algirdas Milonas gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win.
