SC Derby dominated down low during the game scoring 60 of its points in the paint compared to Mornar’s 30. SC Derby forced 19 Mornar turnovers. Their players were unselfish on offense dishing 23 assists. Bosnian-Croatian swingman Mateo Dreznjak (195-1999) orchestrated the victory by scoring 12 points and 6 rebounds. Guard Danilo Ivanovic (188-2003) contributed with 14 points and 4 assists for the winners. Four SC Derby players scored in double figures. Slovenian Gregor Glas (195-2001) replied with 29 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists and Serbian power forward Marko Pecarski (208-2000) added 25 points and 5 rebounds (perfect from downtown making all five shots) in the effort for Mornar. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest.
