Panevezio trailed by 14 points after 3 quarters before a 29-22 run in the last quarter cut the deficit to 88-95 at the end of the game. The best player for the winners was point guard Justas Ziubrys (183-2005) who scored 24 points and 7 rebounds. Kristupas Grybas (-2006) chipped in a double-double by scoring 18 points and 12 rebounds. Guard Nikas Stuknys (194-2005) produced 22 points, 6 rebounds, 9 assists and 4 steals and Arnas Stankevicius (-2005) added 28 points and 7 rebounds respectively for the hosts. Five VKKM and four Panevezio players scored in double figures.

Tornado KM – Zalgiris 59-67
The guests were already 16 points ahead after 3 quarters before a 19-11 Tornado KM’s run in the last quarter cut the lead to 67-59 at the end of the game. Zalgiris dominated on the defensive end, holding Tornado KM to just 6 points in third quarter. They also forced 19 Tornado KM turnovers and outrebounded them 48-30 including 34 on the defensive glass. Zalgiris brought some defensive toughness making 9 blocks. Swingman Justas Stonkus (192-2005) notched 24 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the effort and center Mantas Kocanas (207-2005) supported him with 12 points and 12 rebounds. Even a double-double of 19 points and 10 rebounds by Kasparas Latkauskas (-2005) did not help to save the game for Tornado KM. Armandas Bancevicius (-2006) added 21 points for the hosts. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.

The hosts trailed by 5 points at the halftime before their 25-14 charge in the third quarter, which allowed them to win the game. Zalgiris II made 21-of-27 free shots (77.8 percent) during the game. They also forced 19 SKM I turnovers. The best player for the winners was center Aleksas Bieliauskas (206-2005) who had a double-double by scoring 25 points and 13 rebounds. Elvinas Raciunas (-2005) chipped in 15 points. Zalgiris II’s coach Arunas Visockas used an eleven-player rotation in such tough game. Orestas Katilauskas (-2005) produced 25 points and forward Nojus Kuliesa (186) added 14 points and 7 assists respectively for the guests.

The guests took control from the first minutes by winning the initial quarter 19-14. But Saule won second period 21-20. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Point guard Titas Pundinas (175-2005) scored 8 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists to lead the charge for the winners and guard Erikas Vansevicius (188-2005) chipped in 18 points and 5 rebounds during the contest. Four VKM players scored in double figures. Point guard Deividas Zukauskas (162-2005) responded with 16 points and 7 rebounds and Danas Zakarauskas (-2005) scored 10 points and 9 rebounds.
