Sopron-KC (A Division) agreed terms with 24-year old American guard Maliek White (190cm-86kg-1998, college: Providence, agency: Mansfield and Associates). White started the season at Neptunas in Lithuanian LKL league. In 14 games he had 5.0ppg, 1.7rpg and 2.6apg.
He has played previously professionally in Georgia (Rustavi) and Hungary (Kormend).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he played in the final of Hungarian League in 2022. White was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Hungarian League Honorable Mention in 2022.
He graduated from Providence College in 2020 and it is his third season as a professional player.
