Loic Schwartz

Entente Orleans 45 (Betclic ELITE ProA) agreed terms with 29-year old Belgian international swingman Loic Schwartz (197cm) as a medical replacement till the end of February.

Schwartz played recently at Promitheas in Greek A1 league, but left the team earlier this month. In 10 games he had just 2.7ppg, 1.5rpg and 1.2apg this season. He also played 8 games in Eurocup, but he recorded only 0.8ppg and 1.0rpg. The last season he played at Filou Oostende in Belgian BNXT League where in 33 games he averaged 11.2ppg, 3.5rpg, 2.9apg and 1.2spg. Schwartz helped them to win the league title and the cup. He also played 5 games in Basketball Champions League where he got 11.6ppg, 3.4rpg, 2.4apg and 1.6spg.
Schwartz has been also a member of Belgian international program for some years. He has regularly played for Belgian senior team since 2020 and previously for U20 National Team between 2020 and 2012.
Schwartz represented Belgium at the European Championship 2021 Pre-Qualifiers -1997 years ago. His stats at that event were 6 games: 5.7ppg, 3.5rpg, 1.3apg, FGP: 75.0%, 3PT: 19.0%.
He has played also professionally for other Belgian teams like Spirou Charleroi, VOO Wolves Verviers-Pepinster, Belfius Mons Hainaut and Belfius Mons Hainaut II.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he was voted All-Belgian League Domestic Player of the Year in 2021.
