33-year old power forward Igor Tratnik (207-PF-1989) had a great game in the last round for league’s best team Slovan and receives a Hoops Agents 2SKL Player of the Week award for round 4.
He had a double-double of 19 points and 10 rebounds, while his team beat Celje (#12, 0-4), the league’s bottom-ranked team 94-85. It allowed Slovan to consolidate first place in the Slovenian 2SKL. They maintain a perfect record without any lost game in the league. The season is still on an early stage, but Slovan already had a very good start winning all 4 without losing a single one. In the team’s last game Tratnik had a remarkable 62.5% from 2-point range. It’s his second year at Slovan and it’s hard to imagine this team without him. Tratnik has impressive league stats. He is in league’s top in rebounds (8th best: 8.5rpg), assists (8th best: 5.0apg) and averages solid 3.5bpg and 60.0% from behind 3-point line.

The Player of the week is selected based on efficiency calculation, but also including game result, importance of the game, if played recorded double-double/triple-double, etc.
The efficiency formula is a combination of various formulas used by different basketball organizations/leagues. We got involved many basketball scouts and journalists to assure it’s accuracy.
The formula: 1.5*PTS + 3* (REB+AST+ST+BL-TO) – 2*BSAG – 4*PF + 3*PFRV + 4* (2FGPM+3FGPM) + 1.5*FTM – 3* (2FGPA-2FGPM) – 3* (3FGPA-3FGPM) – (FTA-FTM)
