Burkinabe-American Shooting guard Bubu Palo (185-SG-91) put on an extraordinary performance in the last round for Naestved, receiving a Hoops Agents Player of the Week award for round 13.
The 30-year old player was the main contributor (19 points, seven rebounds and eight assists) to his team’s victory, helping them to outclass Copenhagen (#8, 4-10) with 35-point margin 109-74. Naestved maintains the 3rd position in Danish BasketLigaen. They would have been even better if they hadn’t lost a few games earlier this season. Naestved will need more victories to improve their 8-3 record. Palo turned to be Naestved’s top player in his first season with the team. His team’s 8-3 record is not bad at all. Bailey is a newcomer at Naestved, but is already one of team’s top players.
