Dustin Ware

Pieno Zvaigzdes Pasvalys (LKL) strengthened their roster with addition of 32-year old American 183cm point guard Dustin Ware (college: Georgia), agency: Slash Sports for upcoming season. Ware played this summer at Trotamundos in Venezuelan SPB league. He managed to play in four leagues in three countries last year (!!!). In 5 SPB games just recently he recorded 13.0ppg, 3.0rpg, 3.0apg and 2.0spg.
The most of last season he spent at Chalons Reims in French Betclic ELITE ProA where in 16 games he averaged 7.4ppg, 1.3rpg and 3.5apg. Ware also played for MZT Skopje in North Macedonian Prva Liga. In 12 games he had 9.7ppg, 2.8rpg, 6.4apg and 1.2spg. He helped them to win the Supercup. Ware also played 7 games in ABA League where he got impressive 16.7ppg, 2.4rpg and 6.9apg.
He is a very experienced player. Ware has played also professionally in Bulgaria (Akademik Sofia), Croatia (Cibona), Germany (ratiopharm Ulm and OrangeAcademy), Greece (Kolossos H Hotels Rodou), Hungary (Zalakeramia ZTE KK and Jaszbereny KSE), Poland (Wilki Morskie and Start) and France (JA Vichy and Boulazac Basket).
Among many awards he was voted to Eurobasket.com All-Hungarian League Honorable Mention back in 2019.
He graduated from University of Georgia in 2012 and it will be his eleventh (!!!) season in pro basketball.
