Prienai CBet (LKL) strengthened their roster with addition of 22-year old 204cm power forward Klaidas Metrikis for upcoming season. Metrikis has played for the last four years at Neptunas. In 26 LKL games he recorded just 2.6ppg and 1.4rpg last season.
He represented Lithuania at the World Cup U19 in Crete (Greece) three years ago. His team got to the Semifinals and his stats at that event were 7 games: 10.4ppg, 3.7rpg, FGP: 42.9%, 3PT: 35.0%, FT: 68.4%.
Metrikis has played previously for two other teams: Neptunas-Akvaservis Klaipeda and Neptunas Klaipeda 2nd team.
