Summary of the Case:
The American Player, Kendrick Ray (188-G-1994, college: KSU), filed a claim against the Greek Club, AEK NEA KAE 2014 (AEK Athens BC), for outstanding salaries, bonuses, tax certificates and interest. The Claimant submitted that the Respondent breached the Settlement Agreement, which was agreed and signed after the BAT COVID-19 Guidelines had been issued, by failing to pay any of the amounts agreed resulting in all compensation owed to him under the Contract becoming due. The Respondent did not participate in the proceedings. The claim was upheld.
