ART Giants Duesseldorf (ProA) signed 32-year old german small forward Jarell Reischel (200cm-97kg-1992, college: EKU). Reischel started the season at Keflavik IF in Icelandic Subway League. In 17 games he had 10.6ppg, 7.5rpg and 2.6apg. He helped them to win the Supercup.
In 2016 he was drafted by Salt Lake City Stars (D-League) in second round (27th overall).
The former Eastern Kentucky University star is in his ninth season in pro basketball.
Reischel was a member of German U20 National Team back in 2012.
He has played also professionally in USA, Germany (Telekom Baskets, Seawolves, Rasta Vechta, Eisbaeren Bremerhaven and Lions) and NBA G League (Westchester Knicks).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he was voted to Eurobasket.com All-German ProA Honorable Mention in 2024. Reischel played for other colleges like: University of Rhode Island, Rice University.
