Leader Rimini delivered the sixteenth victory. This time they beat 18th ranked Cento (5-15) 74-59. American guard Gerald Robinson (185-1989, college: Georgia, agency: Slash Sports) orchestrated the victory by scoring 13 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists. Justin Johnson contributed with 14 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Rimini’s coach Sandro Dell Agnello allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. point guard Nicola Berdini (184-2003) replied with a double-double by scoring 10 points and 10 rebounds for Cento. Rimini maintains first position with 16-4 record. Cento lost fourth consecutive game. They keep the eighteenth place with 15 games lost. They share the position with Nardo. Rimini will play against Livorno Libertas (#15) at home in the next round which should be an easy win for them. Cento will play against Piacenza and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
A very close game took place in Livorno between Vigevano and Livorno Libertas. Seventeenth ranked Vigevano (7-13) got a very close victory on the road over 15th ranked Livorno Libertas (7-13). Vigevano managed to escape with a 2-point win 64-62 in the game for the fifteenth place. Worth to mention a great performance of Andrew Smith who helped to win the game recording 9 points and 10 rebounds. Quinton Hooker responded with 16 points and 6 rebounds. Vigevano have a solid three-game winning streak. They moved-up to fifteenth place, which they share with Livorno Libertas and Juvi Cremona. Vigevano will meet at home higher ranked Pesaro (#11) in the next round and it may be quite challenging game. Livorno Libertas will play against the league’s leader Rimini (#1) and will have a slim chance for a victory.

Rest of the games of round 20 were very predictable and ended without any surprises. Here they are:

Forli – Cividale 79-82

There was no surprise when 9th ranked Forli (11-9) was edged at home by fourth ranked Cividale (14-6) 82-79 on Sunday. Cividale made 22-of-26 free shots (84.6 percent) during the game. Worth to mention a great performance of power forward Giacomo DellAgnello (198-1994) who helped to win the game recording 18 points and 5 rebounds and the former international Francesco Ferrari (204-2005) who added 15 points and 8 rebounds during the contest. Croatian guard Toni Perkovic (191-1998) responded with 19 points and Israeli Shawn Dawson (198-1993) scored 14 points. Five Cividale and four Forli players scored in double figures.
