Tofas Bursa (BSL) added to their roster 23-year old French point guard Matthieu Gauzin (192cm-2001, agency: Octagon Europe). Gauzin started the season at Sluc Nancy Basket Pro in French Betclic ELITE ProA. In 13 games he recorded 3.9ppg and 1.2apg.
He represented France at the European Championship (FIBA EuroBasket) U18 in Greece six years ago. His stats at that event were 7 games: 9.9ppg, 2.1rpg, 2.1apg, Steals-2(3.0spg), FGP: 46.7%, 3PT: 18.2%, FT: 62.5%.
Gauzin has played also professionally for other French teams like Metropolitans, Gravelines Dunkerque, Le Mans, Chalons Reims.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he was voted to Eurobasket.com All-French ProA U21 Honorable Mention back in 2019.
