Gran Canaria managed to escape with a 3-point win 89-86 on Wednesday evening. The best player for the winners was Caleb Homesley who scored 23 points. Rasheed Sulaimon produced 16 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists for the hosts. Both coaches tested many bench players in such tough game. There were no shocking results in the other games in round 2: H.Jerusalem destroyed Lietkabelis on the opponent’s court 94-74. Cedevita Ol. managed to outperform Venezia in a home game 87-82. Winless Wolves recorded a loss to H.Tel-Aviv on the road 89-84. Winless Aris Midea lost to undefeated Turk Telekom on its own court 63-68. Winless Cluj Napoca lost to undefeated Bourg in a road game 73-84. Trento won against Trefl at home 84-78. Winless Hamburg lost to undefeated Valencia on the opponent’s court 78-105.

Bahcesehir – Besiktas 87-66

The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Besiktas in Istanbul. Visitors were rolled over by Bahcesehir 87-66.
