Zunder Palencia (Liga Endesa) added 24-year-old American guard Adam Kunkel (193cm-82kg-1999, college: Xavier) to their roster for the 2024-25 season. Kunkel played for Zip Em Up (The Basketball Tournament) in the U.S. last season. In one TBT game, he had 3 points, 1 rebound, and 1 assist. He also played for Lakers and Capitanes in the NBA G League last season. Kunkel briefly played for Astana in the Kazakhstan league.
He has played in the final of the Big East Tournament in 2023, and was also part of the OVC All-Tournament Team in 2020.
Kunkel graduated from Xavier University in 2023 and it’ll be his second season as a pro player. He also played for Belmont University for 2 years.
