AX Armani Exchange Milan announced on Thursday that four more team members have tested positive for COVID-19.
The club was already affected by positive cases at the beginning of the week, requesting the suspension of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Regular Season Round 17 game between Zalgiris Kaunas and AX Armani Exchange Milan.
