Things got chippy between Anthony Edwards and Jamal Murray’s after the Nuggets Game 4 win over the Timberwolves Sunday and Edwards has spoken about the exchange.
The Nuggets beat the Timberwolves 115-107 for the second time on Minnesota’s home court, despite Edwards’ 44-point effort.
After the game was done, an exchange between Edwards and Murray was caught on camera as the two crossed paths over the court.

It’s not 100 percent clear what was said, but Edwards seemed to be baiting Murray when reporters asked him about it.
“I just told his ass, ‘we love that, keep talking that, that’s what we like.’ At least, I love it,” Edwards said postgame. “He didn’t say nothing back, but I’m pretty sure he heard me. They heard me. We live for that.”
Ant has been somewhat of a hero for the Timberwolves this series, after the Wolves went up 2-0 early.
This was largely thanks to Edwards averaging a massive 33.3 points in four games.
But defending Murray and Nikola Jokic certainly aren’t going down without a fight.
After going 3-18 from the field in Game 3, Murray has averaged 21.5 points and gone 19-38 from the field.
While Jokic finished Sunday night’s win with a team-high 35 points, seven rebounds and seven assists. This year’s league MVP is averaging 26.8 points in the series v Minnesota.
The T-Wolves have put themselves in a dangerous position dropping a game on their home court in Minnesota, since the next game will be on Denver’s home court at Ball Arena.
However, Minnesota seem to thrive there, since the team won the first two series opener games there.
Denver is looking to become just the fifth team in NBA history to win a series after going down 2-0 to start the series at home.
