Alabama dominates Florida 97-69 to improve to 11-0 in SEC play

The Crimson Tide once again looked like the best team in college basketball as Alabama took down the Florida Gators 97-69 Wednesday night.

Alabama has a sizable lead in the SEC as the team started conference play 11-0 for the first time since 1955-1956. The things that Nate Oats has accomplished in Tuscaloosa in less than four full seasons are truly remarkable. Alabama fans can rejoice at the fact that he will be in town for some time after agreeing to a new contract extension last week.

Brandon Miller led the charge en route to a 24-point performance and grabbed nine rebounds, as well. Mark Sears was also outstanding chipping in 19 points on four of six from three. The Tide were just white-hot all night shooting slightly below 50% from the field and 44% from the three-point line.

The Tide travels to Auburn on Saturday for arguably the most important game to date.
