FIT/One Wuerzburg Baskets (BBL) agreed terms with 29-year old American swingman Aubrey Dawkins (198cm-93kg-1995, college: UCF). Dawkins started the season at N.Novgorod in Russian VTB United League. In 22 games he had 10.2ppg and 3.0rpg.
He is quite experienced player. Dawkins’ career allowed him to visit three different continents, while he played in seven different countries. Dawkins tasted the life as pro basketball player in Europe, Latin America and of course North America. He has played previously professionally in Montenegro (Derby), Puerto Rico (Osos), Turkey (Turk Telekom and Bursaspor), Germany (BG Goettingen), NBA Summer League (Boston Celtics and Washington Wizards), NBA G League (Erie BH and G League Ignite) and The Basketball Tournament (Friday Beers).
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others his team won Montenegrin Cup in 2024. Dawkins was voted to Eurobasket.com Montenegrin League All-Imports Team in 2024.
He graduated from University of Central Florida in 2019 and it is his sixth season as a professional player. Dawkins played also for University of Michigan for 2 years.
