Worth to mention a great performance of Panamanian-Puerto Rican point guard Jhivvan Jackson (182-1998, college: UTSA) who helped to win the game recording 21 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists (made all of his seven free throws). American Zachary Seljaas (202-1997, college: BYU) contributed with 21 points and 7 rebounds for the winners. s Oliver Baskets’ coach Saso Filipovski used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American guard Bodie Hume (198-1999, college: N.Colorado) answered with 21 points and 8 rebounds for Bonn. s Oliver Baskets have a solid series of three victories in a row. Braunschweig have an impressive series of five victories in a row. They moved-up to fifth place, which they share with Ulm. Oldenburg at the other side dropped to the twelfth position with seven games lost. They share it with Rostock. Braunschweig will play against Hamburg (#14) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Oldenburg will play against Vechta and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Bamberg managed to escape with a 1-point win 81-80 on Friday evening. American players dominated the game. Noah Locke nailed 22 points for the winning side. Bamberg’s coach Anton Gavel allowed to play the deep bench players in such tough game. Victor Bailey Jr came up with 20 points for Chemnitz in the defeat. The victory was the third consecutive win for Bamberg. They moved-up to eleventh place. Chemnitz lost their third game in a row. They dropped to the eighth position with six games lost. They share it with Bonn. Bamberg will meet league’s second-placed Wuerzburg on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Chemnitz will play against Weissenfels (#7) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.

Point guard Ezra Manjon (183-2000, college: Vanderbilt) nailed 16 points and 4 assists for the winning side and guard Hunter Maldonado (201-1999, college: Wyoming, agency: Octagon Europe) accounted for 12 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Four EnBW Ludwigsburg players scored in double figures. Guard Malik Parsons (190-1999, college: NWOSU) came up with 10 points and point guard Trey Calvin (183-2001, college: Wright St.) added 7 points and 5 rebounds respectively for Frankfurt in the defeat.
