According to multiple reports- Maccabi Playtika Tel-Aviv (Winner League) landed 24-year old American 206cm forward Trevion Williams (college: Purdue). Williams already started the season at ALBA Berlin in German BBL league. The team played in three different competitions that year, and he had a chance to explore basketball on different levels. In 8 BBL games he averaged 12.1ppg, 7.3rpg, 3.8apg and 1.3spg. He also played 16 games in Euroleague where he recorded 10.6ppg, 6.9rpg and 3.1apg.
Williams represented USA at the World Cup U19 in Crete (Greece) five years ago. Williams’ team won Gold and his stats at that event were 7 games: 8.7ppg, 6.6rpg, 1.7apg, 1.1spg, FGP: 46.0%, FT: 51.7%.
He has played also professionally in NBA G League (Santa Cruz Warriors and Capital City Go-Go) and NBA Summer League (Minnesota Timberwolves). His team made it to the German Bundesliga Cup Finalist in 2024 final. Williams was voted to Eurobasket.com All-German Bundesliga Import Player of the Year in 2024.
He graduated from Purdue University in 2022 and it is his third season in pro basketball.
