Atlantas defeated APOP in Paphos 74-58. APOP will play next round against Ol.Aglantzias trying to get back on the winning streak. Atlantas will try to continue on its current victory against Agiou Nikolaou on the road.
The most crucial game of the last round was a loss of Phoenix MJ in Limassol. Hosts were defeated by Digenis AM 63-58. Digenis AM will have a break next round, and it should allow them to practice more before next game. Phoenix MJ will play against ENAD in Nicosia and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
An interesting game was also tough home loss of Asteras in a game versus PAEEK 78-67. PAEEK’s supporters look forward to an exciting derby game next round, where their team will face at home their local rival from Nicosia Youth Stars.
In the last two games of round 2 ENAD beat Youth Stars on the road 65-48. Winless Ol.Aglantzias lost to Ethniki on its own court 56-61.
