Ricky Rubio recently returned the court for practices with Barcelona. Rubio’s next step could be to rejoin the Spanish National Team.
Rubio was one of 14 players asked to join practices ahead of EuroBasket Qualifiers that will take place later in February. It’s unknown if Rubio will play in the qualifiers at this point.
Rubio missed last summer’s FIBA World Cup. The last time he suited up for Spain was at the 2021 Summer Olympics.
Spain will host a EuroBasket qualifier against Latvia on February 22. A few days later, Spain will play at Belgium on February 25.
