Brandon Garrett
Avtodor Saratov (VTB) agreed terms with 32-year old American power forward Brandon Garrett (206cm-100kg-1990, college: Murray State) for new 2022-23 season. Garrett is the second import player in the roster as Armenian Ryan Boatright signed here earlier.
He was about to sign at ESSM Le Portel Cote d’Opale in French Betclic ELITE ProA.
He is quite experienced player. Garrett’s career allowed him to visit three different continents, while he played in eight different countries. He tasted the life as pro basketball player in Europe, Asia and of course North America. Garrett has played previously professionally in Greece (Iraklis), Hungary (Kormend), Iceland (Tindastoll), Kuwait (Jahraa), Portugal (Lusitania), Spain (Castello and Oviedo), Switzerland (Fribourg, Geneve and Boncourt) and The Basketball Tournament (Forks Up). His team won OVC Regular Season in 2011 and 2012.
The list of the past achievements is quite long as among others he was voted to Eurobasket.com Spanish LEB Gold All-Imports Team back in 2016.
He graduated from Murray State in 2013 and it is his tenth season as a professional player.
