The Boston Celtics completed a four-game sweep of the Brooklyn Nets, becoming the first team to reach the second round of the playoffs with a 116-112 win on Monday night.
Following a heartbreaking Brooklyn loss to Boston, retired NBA player-turned-ESPN analyst Kendrick Perkins shared some of his thoughts about the Nets head coach Steve Nash:
“[Steve Nash] is not the right person for this job! You need someone in that seat that those players – especially Kyrie Irving because he’s not going anywhere – is going to respect and listen to, and Steve Nash is not that guy.”
