Zion Williamson has been out since early January with a right hamstring strain.
Williamson was cleared on Tuesday to begin running. The plan is for him to be reevaluated next Tuesday.
Williamson was voted as an All-Star starter, but his status for the game is likely to be determined by whether he plays for the New Orleans Pelicans before the break.
