Miami Heat guard Victor Oladipo has been out of action for almost 10 months, but his return to the court may be nearing. Oladipo has looked good in recent workouts and could make his season debut in February.
After being acquired from the Houston Rockets before the 2021 trade deadline, Oladipo only appeared in four games for Miami. He was shut down with knee soreness after the game on April 8, 2021 and hasn’t appeared in a game since.
The Heat re-signed Oladipo to a “make good” one-year minimum contract for this season. Miami retains full Bird rights for the scoring guard and could give Oladipo a healthy raise this summer if he shows he’s healthy and back to form.
